I specialize in working with people who:

are facing difficulties in their relationships, who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and who are navigating issues within their environments, such as work or school. I also specialize in working with people who are adjusting to life transitions.

I became a therapist because:

I enjoy creating authentic and supportive relationships that can be used as a tool to better understand yourself and others.

I also practice through a multicultural lens and I invite all aspects of your identity into the therapy room. Growing up in Italy, I have experience with adjusting to a new culture and I have worked with clients across diverse cultural backgrounds.
