I work with teens and adults (ages 11+), with particular experience supporting people through life transitions, anxiety, depression, and identity exploration. Chronic pain and illness is an area of clinical interest—one I approach with both professional training and personal understanding.

My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming and grounded in radical body acceptance.
