A therapist that provides a safe space, free of judgment. Clients feel respected when sharing their stories, struggles and feelings of vulnerability.
Something to know about my approach is:
The foundation of my work is psychodynamic. This means that the factors and experiences that have led to where you find yourself at this time are explored. Additionally, my approach is integrative; other kinds of work are used to fit the individual.
Together, we will:
Explore and ease anxiety, trauma, depression, maladaptive thoughts and behaviors, stress, confusion regarding self-identity, and/or relationship issues.
More about me and my practice:
Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a humanities teacher for a progressive school dedicated to social justice.
