Working with me is focused and engaging. I challenge clients with patience and compassion. If you're ready for real change, we’ll work well together.
If you're looking for someone to just smile and nod, I'm not the therapist for you. I'm curious and solutions-focused, helping you tackle challenges and create real, actionable change to move forward with confidence, clarity, and a fresh perspective.
Together, we’ll explore family dynamics, practice mindfulness, and develop self-care strategies. You’ll gain new perspective, increase self-awareness, and break old patterns to create lasting change with humor, patience, and compassion.
I specialize in helping people heal from religious trauma, reconcile queer and religious identities, grieve losses, cope with political anxiety, and support those feeling isolated, marginalized, or voiceless—agnostics and atheists included.
I became a therapist because I’m fascinated by the mind and energized by our potential for change. The resiliency of the human spirit inspires me.
Holistic and shame-free, we focus on identity, life experiences, and building agency to reduce distress and create lasting, personalized change.
