I use a trauma-informed and relational lens. I honor the cultural, systemic, and intergenerational influences that shape how we move through the world and how we relate to ourselves and others. I also believe in gently challenging the beliefs and patterns that may be keeping you stuck, so you can move toward a more intentional and empowered way of being.

I use Narrative Therapy, EFT, and the Gottman Method to help clients deepen connection and shift long-held patterns. My style is warm and collaborative—but I’ll also challenge you to grow into the version of yourself you want to become.
