I use insight, humor, and practical suggestions to help you develop deeper self awareness and make changes aligned with what's most important to you.

During the initial stage of therapy, we will find ways to get you relief from anxiety, depression or stress as quickly as we can. From there, we can focus on developing a deep understanding of what is contributing to your symptoms and how you can achieve long term emotional wellness.

I specialize in therapy for women, new and expectant parents, and anyone coping with challenges related to their reproductive health. I am a certified perinatal mental health specialist and have postgraduate training in psychotherapy for anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.

I decided to be a therapist due to experiencing the transformative power of therapy in my graduate training and in my personal life. I love that my career allows me to continue learning interesting things and to use that knowledge to support and help others.
