Many people come to therapy not because something is obviously wrong, but because life feels thinner, heavier, or just a bit off. I work in an inquisitive way that doesn’t rush to fix or optimize experience. Instead, we pay attention to what keeps insisting in your life—even when it’s confusing or uncomfortable—and see what changes when it’s taken seriously.

This work is something we do together, at a pace that allows things to show up rather than be managed. We’ll spend time with depression, anxiety, and major life changes, as well as existential questions about meaning, identity, and direction. There’s also room here for eco-anxiety and political anxiety, without minimizing or rushing past them.

Curious, steady, and honest. Known for asking questions rather than giving answers, and for staying with difficult or confusing material without trying to smooth it over or make it easier than it is.
