My approach is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, somatic experience-focused, and attachment-based. During my sessions, I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), and Relationship Therapy.

I specialize in working with individuals who are struggling with a history of trauma. I primarily work with people dealing with conditions such as PTSD, C-PTSD, Panic Disorder, Dissociation, Anxiety, Depression, Phobias, Co-dependency, and addiction.

I desire to work with victims of childhood trauma, with the desire to help each of them recover from trauma and abuse

I offer virtual EMDR therapy which is proven to be effective. Online therapy is a safe way to start trauma recovery work, especially if you are feeling unsafe in public spaces because of trauma history, phobia, or panic attacks.
