I believe that you are the authority on yourself. I am certain that you have many pressures in your life telling you who and what you are, and I aim to advocate for you as you turn your attention inward.
With a person-centered approach, we will work together to implement empathy, compassion, and inner kindness in your life. It can be difficult to navigate life, and we can create a safe space for you to explore what you feel and want.
While I am open to working with many populations, working with children of immigrants or immigrants themselves, communities of color, and queer identified folks is my focus. I also have experience working with men of many different backgrounds.
There can be so much stigma surrounding receiving mental health care and getting any kind of help. I hope to be someone who it's safe to reach out to.
We have two lovely offices available! Our Sheffield location is right off the Diversey brown line, and offers a great space for you to process.
Whatever brings you to therapy, it is my belief that we can get you closer to a life that brings you satisfaction and feels fulfilling- however that might look in your eyes.
