I work primarily from psychodynamic and family systems perspectives. I believe that our earlier experiences shape us but don't define us. Making sense of these experiences allows us to make changes in the here and now.

I am a good listener, interested in how distinctly people see things and make choices, and find our ability to change our lives to be quite powerful

I have a team that provides therapy in person and remotely in Chicago and also remote providers in Maryland (me) and Missouri. We are in Psypact.
