My approach is collaborative, curious, and nonjudgmental. You don't have to take care of me, hide parts of yourself, or make yourself smaller here. Together, we'll explore your experiences, honor the ways you've survived, and help you build a life that feels true to you.

Together, we'll get curious about your story, explore what's keeping you stuck, and build on the strengths you already have. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you can be fully yourself—not just survive, but genuinely participate in your own life.

My clients often describe me as non-judgmental, someone who helps them make sense of themselves. They appreciate that they don't have to filter themselves or have everything figured out before showing up to session.

... are exploring identity, healing from trauma, navigating anxiety/depression, struggling w/shame, or building more authentic relationships. I especially enjoy working w/LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, kink/ENM, and BIPOC clients while honoring how history, culture, identity, and relationships shape survival—and create opportunities for healing.

I became a therapist because I believe healing is about reconnecting with yourself, not fixing yourself. As a Latine therapist, I'm passionate about expanding affirming care and helping people break intergenerational patterns, reclaim choice, and create ripple effects of healing in themselves, their families, communities, and future generations.

I only do individual therapy for people 18+. I currently do *NOT* accept Medicaid or HMO plans, PPO only. I offer both telehealth and in person sessions. Anyone in ILLINOIS may schedule sessions w/me.
