Do you feel confused about how to stay together, when the foundations of your bond seem gone? I am here as your therapist to help you co-create the new relationship dynamic you want.

Just because your relationship looks different now, doesn’t mean the connection is gone. My approach is grounded in narrative therapy. I will help rewrite the stories we tell about ourselves or our partners. It's essential to examine why we believe things are what they are and check the validity so we can sculpt new stories that better align with our wants.

I am LGBTQ+, Sex-Positive, Kink, and Poly-affirming. I am a relational therapist with a certificate in sex therapy.

Confused or looking to explore aspects about their identity or sexuality. People who are looking to shift or set boundaries or expectations within their relationships, or are exploring new dynamics such as polyamory or kink.

I want to work to help destigmatize aspects of sexuality and help people unlearn internalized shame.
