I strive to create a collaborative space where you can show up as your authentic self. During each session, I support clients by meeting them where they are, and trust that they are the experts of their own lived experience. I combine art therapy with talk-based approaches to deepen insights and expression.

Together, we’ll use art therapy and conversation to explore what matters, process difficult memories, and build your insights and skills. I believe in the power of creative expression and the artistic process. In sessions, we’ll identify patterns that keep you stuck, practice small shifts, explore your story, and build practical ways to manage distress.
