I take a very conversational, collaborative approach. I try to stitch together things that already work for you with my knowledge on specific interventions/skills. This helps create strategies that are more likely to stick for you!

Get curious around our stories, behaviors, and reactions to get to know ourselves better and make informed decisions about how we want to show up in the world and our relationships. We'll probably do some laughing together as well :)
