Life can be hard. I believe that having a consistent, supportive space to work through life’s struggles, transitions, and relationship dynamics can be immensely valuable. My counseling style has been described as warm, caring, and pragmatic. I spend time getting to know my clients and work to understand who they are as individuals.

Informed by experience and research, I aim to support and thoughtfully challenge my clients. I value my clients’ time, placing importance on using the therapeutic space to work toward positive, impactful development. My work focuses on the evolution of one’s thought patterns, behaviors, and modes of self-expression over time.

I have a background in the arts and understand the unique pressures that come from working in demanding, creative fields. As a mother, I appreciate the challenges of parenting and am available to support caregivers in all stages of their family journeys. I meet clients where they are, working together to build skills and create meaningful change.
