I have worked as both a teacher and counselor for all student ages from kindergarten to seniors in college for nearly a decade. I work with students of all ages experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, impulse control and social skills deficits.

My therapeutic approach integrates Person-Centered Therapy, CBT, DBT, and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy. I have a passion for working with the neurodivergent population, and supporting the LGBTQIA+ population and promoting racial justice.
