I work with children as young as 5 years old, teens, and adults who struggle with school, work, relationships, and everyday life's challenges. I specialize in anxiety, depression, alcohol/substance use, ADHD, and self esteem.

I became a therapist because:

I've always wondered why we do the things we do and because of that curiosity it's led me to want to help people make positive changes in their lives.
