I specialize in helping people who've been through tough times find their way to a better life. I often support moms in the postpartum phase, adults with trauma, sexual assault survivors, first responders, and those with anxiety.

I became a therapist because:

I want to give people a safe environment to focus on their personal growth. Often, many of us don't have the tools we need to succeed as adults.
