I am a Certified Trauma Specialist and a Certified Grief Counselor. I work with individuals who are impacted past traumas or who are experiencing grief and loss concerns.

I became a therapist because:

Life is hard, challenges are ongoing. I want to help people learn how to navigate life's difficulties while remaining true to who they want to be.

I offer both in person and Telehealth to residents in AZ, Telehealth to those in IL and SC.
