I work with clients who are struggling and feel overwhelmed by the ever-changing world around them. I help my clients develop insights into the way they operate and develop coping skills. I have a special interest in working with first responders.

I became a therapist to be the therapist I always wanted and needed. Someone who is compassionate, directive, and understanding.

I offer therapy at an easily accessible office as well as offering virtual sessions. I want you to feel comfortable and safe at the time of sessions.
