I specialize working with the BIPOC community and women, along with extensive experience working with a variety of clients ranging from geriatric to children and provide both individual, family and couple therapeutic work utilizing a DBT framework.

I believe in the importance of not only identifying triggers but also creating effective treatment plans that align with each individual’s needs. By fostering a strong, trusting relationship with my clients, I can guide them toward meaningful change.
