My preferred therapy approach is using CBT. CBT helps you become aware of inaccurate or negative thinking so you can view challenging situations more clearly and respond to them in a more effective way. CBT can be an effective tool used in therapy.

Get to know each other as it's important to feel heard, safe and understood. I will ask questions about your goals for therapy and will work to help you get to where you want to be mentally and emotionally. Therapy is a journey, not a race.
