I use a variety of therapeutic approaches to achieve your goals in therapy. I view each client as a unique individual and tailor my approach to best meet your needs.

identify areas of focus for therapy, explore how our thoughts and feelings affect our actions, and ways we can change thought patterns, accept our feelings for what they are, and raise awareness of how our emotions affect our bodies physically.

I specialize in working with people who:

are experiencing anxiety, depression, and substance use issues. I also work with individuals navigating life transitions, are experiencing difficulties with family or relationship issues, and mood disorders.

I became a therapist because:

I have always wanted to help others. Through therapy I get to assist others directly with improving their situations and achieving goals.

I offer Teletherapy which allows people to have access to mental health therapy in the comfort of their own home.
