CBT: identifying thoughts that lead to feelings/behaviors & helping you improve those thoughts.. I also focus on you as a whole person (gestalt), building your strengths (humanistic), helping you make changes you want to see in your life (MI & SBT).

We will go over your general history & develop what your goals will be in your treatment plan. After that, sessions are more fluid, where we talk more comfortably. Goals can be updated or changed as we go along, based on what makes sense for you.
