I used research-based strategies and enjoy equipping and empowering women with relevant information, tools, and skills. I love sharing the research and neuroscience behind topics such as anxiety, marriage, parenting, motivation, and forming habits.
Together, we will:
discuss tangible strategies and tools to use for anxiety and stress and/or formulate specific plans related to your personal goals (i.e., relaxing more or being more productive at home/work, exercise, sleep habits, engaging in interests, etc).

My approach works well with people who love to learn, are in need of more short-term care (as opposed to longer-term), and are self-motivated to work on goals in-between sessions.
