ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
OFFERS REMOTE THERAPY
My clients describe me as:
Unconventional, funny, casual, and safe. I have a laid-back personality that makes therapy less intimidating.
Something to know about my approach is:
People will experience clarity about themselves and the world in which they live. Ideally, the goal of my approach is to cultivate personal insight in order to create positive change in your life.
Together, we will:
Discuss your life history and core beliefs. We use your life themes to understand how they led you to become the person you are today and how to move forward with hope, optimism, and authenticity.
I specialize in working with people who:
Enjoy engaging in banter, humor, and really want to challenge themselves to think differently.
I became a therapist because:
I love to talk to people and explore possibilities. Also, you get to sit in a comfortable chair. :)
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
Sometimes my cats make cameos in our appointments.
More about me and my practice:
My practice is based on social-justice values, and race and identity are core parts of my practice. I have been training my golden retriever named Bowdon since she was seven weeks old to one day be a therapy dog at my practice.
