I have 13 years experience post getting my LCPC License providing therapy to adults. I use evidence based practices such as CBT, ACT, Positive Psychology,and am considered a Hollistic Psychotherapist. I provided clinical supervision to therapists.

I would love to work with someone who wants help handling something in their life whether internal, external, or both and is committed to working on their mental health.

I work a lot with those with Depression, Anxiety, Schizophrenia, LGBTQ population, Latinx community, and many others throughout my years of experience. I've worked mainly with adults and some with adolescence.

I fell in love with Psychology in high school as I had a great teacher.

I work with different platforms so if you don't see an insurance here such as Optum, I do accept it, it's just through a different site.
