Gain insight into your internal system and approach healing both body and mind holistically. We will explore how systems of oppression and past traumatic experiences may have shaped present challenges and help you pursue a meaningful path forward.

I specialize in working with people who:

Have challenges with feeling embodied in themselves, particularly in their sexual selves. I often work with folx who have histories of chronic pain or illness, serve in healthcare professions or caregiving roles, and would like to improve self-esteem

I became a therapist because:

I believe that we heal in connection to others and have greatly benefitted from the therapeutic experiences that have helped me along the way.

More about me and my practice:

I specialize in utilizing IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapy in conjunction with EMDR. I also often utilize my training as an iRest Meditation Level 1 Teacher to support clients in living more mindfully.
