We all have a comfort zones where some unhealthy patterns exist. The goal is to change those unhealthy patterns in order to optimize your confidence and self worth. To decrease stress and drama in order to bring new joy and simplicity into your life.

take it one step at a time to help you get comfortable with being uncomfortable. Create a healthier you where you can start trusting you own judgement, feeling secure in who you are, and being able to communicate your needs in a positive way.

I specialize in working with people who:

suffer from anxiety and depression due to psychosocial and environmental elements that feel "out of control". Feelings of being stuck in unhealthy cycles that cause challenges in relationships, social settings, and personal growth.

I became a therapist because:

I am empathetic to peoples needs and believe everyone needs someone to talk to. "You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough".

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

2 locations: Western Springs and Naperville. I offer telehealth sessions and a sliding scale.
