There isn’t one approach that fits every client. I work closely with clients to identify their needs/wants and find a treatment approach that works best for them. I typically utilize CBT, DBT, Client-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

explore how to engage in healthier, more meaningful relationships. When appropriate I will push you to reach your potential through learning healthier coping mechanisms and maximize your strengths while minimizing your weaknesses.
