Monday-Friday by appointment
My clients describe me as:
Easy to talk to, compassionate, relatable, understanding, witty, non-judgmental, and personable.
Something to know about my approach is:
I have a very relational style, and a lot of clients have told me it feels like they're talking to a friend. I'm very engaged in sessions and help my clients identify "blind spots," but I'm also a great listener.
Together, we will:
Prioritize your needs, take control of your life, and quiet down the noise in your head. When you work with me, you will go from anxious/perfectionistic/stressed to balanced/confident/intentional. I invite you to discover your potential!
I specialize in working with people who:
Are struggling with high-functioning anxiety. This includes perfectionists, high-achievers, people pleasers, productivity addicts, overthinkers, and those experiencing imposter syndrome.
I became a therapist because:
I've personally struggled with anxiety and know how debilitating it can be.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
There is a lot of flexibility! I see clients in-person on Mondays & Wednesdays and virtually Monday through Friday.
More about me and my practice:
I've also been an adjunct professor of Psychology at National Louis University for the past 4 years.
