Through art therapy, we will explore thoughts, feelings, and emotions on a verbal and nonverbal level. Allowing the art to aid in the development or speak the words that we cannot.

Together we will build goals, and explore how to build positive coping skills, emotional understanding, and regulation, and the ability to accept and let go. All while using narrative and art as our guide.

I became a therapist because:
I became a therapist after graduating with a degree in photography and feeling empty about it, till I learned about art therapy.
