establish strong boundaries , reduce negative thoughts and self-doubt, heal current and past trauma, manage difficult relationships, feel comfortable within their own body, work through cultural issues, and gain confidence in making decisions.

are open to new therapies. I’m not just a talk therapist. I use techniques beyond traditional talk therapy to tap into the parts of you that are not always accessible through words. Therapy might be challenging sometimes, but it is worth the work.

I'm a first generation Indian American, born and raised in the Chicago suburbs. I’ve practiced daily meditation since 2014, and it has benefited my life in countless ways. I actively practice non-judgement, and I welcome my clients to be themselves.
