Q&A
My clients describe me as passionate, compassionate, laid-back/relaxed, and dedicated to my clients.
I use a variety of approaches using talk therapy, explorations of your childhood and your past, and a variety of art therapy techniques. I like to find out what your interests are and incorporate that into your sessions (art, music, books, etc).
Together we will explore your childhood, past, and present. Learning more about who you are is essential for being able to challenge the difficulties that have brought you here. Together we will work to make you stronger, happier, and empowered.
My expertise is in working with people who have experienced trauma, the loss of a loved one, and relationship issues. I also have significant experience working with interracial couples/families and racial/cultural trauma.
I became a therapist because I love helping people find hope, learn to love themselves and find peace and meaning in their lives.
Toys, games, and art are available for clients to use as they wish. I offer free snacks, coffee, hot chocolate, tea, or juice during sessions.
I am passionate about working with clients and fitting your sessions to meet your specific needs. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your needs and help you determine if we are a good fit for each other.
