Allow therapy to help clear your mind and get some questions answered. You should be heard, not judged when talking about personal, important matters. My approach is solution focused and tension reduction

Tackle challenge, resolve issues with planning ahead instead of worrying ahead, receive psycho-education about problem areas, and identify triggers in order to build an appropriate tool box.

I specialize in working with people who:

anxiety, depression, self esteem issues, childhood emotional neglect, mommy hood, stress from work and home life, relationship issues and daily life stressors.

I became a therapist because:

My family has mental health issues and I've struggled with anxiety myself. I enjoy helping others feel better no matter their circumstances.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I enjoy creating a unique experience for my clients. I have a hands on approach and I believe education and applying techniques really helps.

More about me and my practice:

I have an art background in Interior Design, a horticulture therapy certificate and I am a certified personal trainer. I think outside the box as it pertains to my therapeutic approach.
