From the first session, we help you get clarity about how to move forward and start feeling better. We are smart, compassionate, thoughtful/active listeners. Ellen, David and I are experienced and use several modalities (CADC, EMDR, CBT, ACT, etc)

Figure it out. That is our job! We know when to listen, and when to probe. We will support you on your path to closure, clarity, self-awareness, self-compassion, and self-reflection. Problem solving, strategies, healing or all of the above.
