I want to see the you that you can be proud of unfold before our eyes. That version of you can still laugh when you really feel like crying but knows how to stop going in loops of shame, guilt, loneliness, or anxiety. As your therapist, I help you with actionable strategies for reaching a sense of alignment in yourself and your relationships.

I see emotions as messengers that let us know what your real needs are. I take a collaborative and curious approach that highlights your strengths as we work through fear or other emotional obstacles. The goal is for you to be more satisfied with how you show up in your life and relationships.

Young adults and women I work with are looking to stop fighting their feelings, improve their communication, manage symptoms of anxiety, and create more fulfilling intimacy and sex lives. I also work with those aged 12 - 17. We work on managing anxiety and create a solid foundation for figuring out who they are growing to be.
