I work with clients who are struggling with depression and trauma due to a variety of reasons. In our work together we will delve deeply into your concerns and work together to create a plan to address them. We will also collaborate to create a solid foundation of coping skills and support to help you feel like yourself again as quickly as possible.

I became a therapist because I am a survivor of childhood trauma, and I have first-hand experience of working with a competent therapist who is a good fit for me. This has helped guide my recovery journey, and make it feel possible to live rather than just survive. It has also made it possible for me to enjoy my life, relationships and work fully.

I offer telehealth sessions and work with clients across Indiana. Offering a safe, non-judgmental space where your story matters. My credentials allow me to provide evidence -based treatment and trauma-informed support to my clients.
