I work with adults who have struggled to meet their own emotional needs. They are trying to relearn the balance of being a partner, parent, and friend. They struggle to say that without taking care of themselves, they cant take care of others.

dive deeper into family dynamics, balancing all that you had hoped for; being a parent, working, continuing to be a loving partner and a friend. We can identify what thoughts keep you awake at night and that you replay in your mind throughout the day

I specialize in working with people who:

have worried that there was not enough time in the day to take for themselves. They were pretty certain that identifying these deep inner thoughts would lead to not being able to be strong for everyone else. You deserve to find a balance & I can help
