I specialize in working with people who:
struggle with anxiety, panic attacks and depression. I also specialize in working with highly sensitive individuals, who often experience heightened emotions and feel overwhelmed by the demands of daily life find balance.
I became a therapist because:
I found a passion for supporting people as they overcome struggles, navigate making changes, and seek more fulfillment in their lives.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I offer both virtual sessions throughout the states of Indiana and New Mexico and outdoor nature therapy sessions in and around Bloomington, IN.
