My approach begins with an appreciation of my clients' bravery and courage for seeking assistance. I help my clients know they are not alone in their suffering, develop a greater sense of self awareness, self compassion and identify steps for change.

We will discover your strengths, your values and motivators. We will uncover what is contributing to your suffering. Many times, it is unprocessed trauma, unhelpful beliefs or coping strategies, boundaries in relationships, or lack of self care.

I specialize in working with people who:

Many of the the clients I work with have a history of abuse or neglect. Some struggle with social anxiety, low mood, self esteem, problems sleeping, worrying, panic attacks, thoughts of wanting to die, managing anger and/or reaching their goals.

I became a therapist because:

I understand what it is like to struggle with mental health. I want to help others to know their worth, speak their truth, and find peace within.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I provide telehealth via the HIPPA compliant Google Meet platform. I offer free consultation calls to discuss the pros and cons of telehealth.

More about me and my practice:

I provide cognitive behavioral therapy (ACT) and EMDR in order to help my clients become more self-aware of what is "running their show". I help my clients practice skills and create an action plan to help them create a more rich, full life.
