Something to know about my approach is:

I believe in listening to my client's goals. I teach them interventions that we practice in and out of the office. We problem-solve and work through each intervention. My approach with parents is the same, I give them interventions to use at home.

Work on your goals. Practice the tools. Look at the reasons why and figure it out. We will use interventions that are based on therapies that work and have been studied. Have a plan that we both agree on.

I specialize in working with people who:

I specialize in two main areas. Anxiety (including Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) in children and adults. I also specialize in helping parents who have children with anxiety, ADHD, and behavioral problems. I also work to help families reduce stress.

I became a therapist because:

I believe that having the right support and interventions can change a person's life. I believe in a person's ability to change to meet their goals.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

Right now I am accepting clients online. This provided my clients with flexibility and saves time for those working and for busy families.

Therapy can be an exciting process for me and my clients. Like all change, therapy requires work on my part and my client's. I believe in an approach that is collaborative.
