I will collaborate with you to determine the best evidenced-based practice to help you manage your anxiety symptoms. We will explore the use of CBT, DBT, mindfulness, EMDR, or CPT & decide together the best approach for your individual needs.

identify, challenge, reframe, & balance your anxiety-provoking thoughts. We will help you process & let go of themes keeping you stuck. We will explore skills so you can regulate emotions, cope with stress, relax, & manage your triggers.

I specialize in working with people who:

are adults with high anxiety. If you overthink, worry excessively, get easily overwhelmed, & struggle to relax, I understand. The racing thoughts, physical symptoms, and sleepless night make it difficult to function. I can help you find relief.

I want to help others gain skills to manage their symptoms so they can lead functioning, happy, and fulfilling lives.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer in-person or online sessions to clients in the Evansville, IN area. Virtual sessions are available to Arkansas, Florida, and Vermont clients.
