I believe my clients see me as open minded, compassionate and honest. I also think they believe me to be easy-going yet diligent and committed.

First and foremost, therapy is a working relationship. I pride myself and building a strong rapport with clients that is honest and genuine. I believe this serves as a foundation for meaningful change.

Have honest conversations and assess the thoughts, emotions and behaviors which are troublesome. We will develop coping mechanisms to handle issues and identify behaviors which will enable a more fulfilling life.
