In my 30+ year career, almost all of my clients have admitted to me that they hate themselves. For some, it's due to trauma or struggles with addiction. For others, it's a slow erosion of self from being in a relationship with a narcissist. Then, there are those who are either shamed by society or have their own internal shame regarding their sexuality.

At Strip It Down Therapy, together we will strip back the layers and explore the origins of your shame and how life events have warped your self perception. I will teach you to prioritize yourself and help you find your worth. I will shine the light and help you come to love your naked truth.
