My approach is integrates expressive arts therapies, somatic (body) interventions, attachment-based parts work, and EMDR for people looking for a holistic approach to mental health wellness.

Discover how anxiety, depression, and trauma responses manifest in your daily life & their impact, then find effective ways to overcome the barriers they present. I listen to your experiences & provide education on the impact of trauma.
I specialize in working with people who:
We long to feel safe in our relationships & communities but we don't know how. We long to be accepted, heard, seen & valued; for many these are things we did not adequately receive in our developmental years.
I became a therapist because:
We adapt to our environment to survive when we are younger & have no control, but these adaptions do not serve us in adulthood.
