I don't just sit and listen - I try to help you understand yourself, look at things differently, and find solutions or ways to cope with challenges. I also make sure to build a relationship with each person before diving in. If you're new to therapy or had bad experiences in the past, I'll make sure you have a better experience this time.

I can help you learn coping skills, improve your mood and self-esteem, manage stress/anxiety, create healthy boundaries, and practice self-care. We can also work on things like productivity, time management, organization, and procrastination.

Also, therapy with me isn't always serious - it can actually be an uplifting part of your week. Whenever possible, I try to balance out tough moments with lightness & hope.
