I am person centered; strength based, & solution focused. I believe in approaching therapy with a holistic view looking at the connection between mind, body, & spirit. I specialize in EMDR. My passion is working with trauma and life transitions.

are in transitions in their lives. My drive is to help my clients through trauma that often impacts the ability to grow and adjust in life. My focus is to help my clients get where they want to be in their lives.

I became a therapist because:

I witnessed the impact of trauma and mental health issues on a family. I knew that I wanted to make a difference in others' lives.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

that the office space is a shared therapy space, it is very comfortable and welcoming. Stepping into the office feels like stepping into a living room

More about me and my practice:

I have been in practice as therapist for almost 15 years. My private practice is new and growing. I am excited about this new journey in my own life, and hope to share it with as many people as possible.
