Q&A
I use a strengths-based holistic approach. Together, we address your health, wellness, occupation, family life, mental health, and spirituality.
I meet clients where they are and build on their strengths. I help clients learn better ways to manage their life through increasing their self-esteem, addressing negative thought patterns, managing emotions and using healthy coping skills.
Trauma, grief, relationships, depression, substance use, loss, divorce, life stressors, coping skills, gender identity, parenting skills, negative thoughts processes, occupational stress, financial stress, single parenting, coping with change.
I specialize in working with people who have suffered from substance/alcohol abuse; sexual, physical, and emotional abuse; grief; divorce; depression; anxiety; trauma; and PTSD. I have experience in working with adolescents and their families.
I went through a time in my life that was incredibly difficult and did not have the tools that I needed to cope. I want to share those tools with you.
We take a holistic approach and work on healing the whole person (e.g., family, health, spiritual, mental, occupational, etc.)
I am passionate about what I do. I try to connect with my clients by really listening to them and hearing their needs.
