Something to know about my approach is:
I come from a somatic/body-based approach. I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) and a certified EMDR therapist. I believe trauma, physical pain, depression, anxiety is stored in the body/nervous system. The body can learn to heal itself.
Together, we will:
figure out how your problems/illnesses are stored in your body/nervous system and relieve your symptoms of anxiety, depression, chronic pain, trauma. This will improve how you function going forward with health, work, family, and relationships.
